To get your hands on one of our premium jigsaw puzzles, The Jigsaw Nomad offers these shipping options, sent via FedEx Smartpost for standard shipping. We do our best to provide live rates and a flat rate of $9 when those are not available.

If for any reason you cannot receive packages from USPS, kindly note you will need to order your package as Expedited. Supply chain demands have caused nation-wide shipping delays; please allow an extra few days. Every effort will be made to process and ship your order within 2-3 business days of receipt. The Jigsaw Nomad is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibilities of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please make yourself aware of what charges might be incurred, before placing your order, as we do not collect these beforehand, and therefore cannot give an estimate of cost, because it varies widely from country to country.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

The Jigsaw Nomad cannot replace lost or stolen packages. If the package is lost please reach out to our shipping provider at CS@Blackbox.cool for assistance.

BULK ORDERS

For bulk orders additional shipping fees may apply and will be billed separately before shipment is released.

RETURNS

For domestic orders only, The Jigsaw Nomad accepts returns of unopened products purchased from thejigsawnomad.com within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. Any shipping charges applied to the original order will not be refunded. Products must be returned in the original packaging, inclusive of any exterior shrink wrap in its original condition – and have no visible signs of wear or use. Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment. Please allow 1-2 weeks of processing time for your refund to be applied once your returned product(s) have been received. The Jigsaw Nomad does not offer exchanges or store credit at this time.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
